Send
Slashy emails them an invite link. Once they sign up, they appear in your team list.
- From a comment. Type
@in a comment composer and pick “Invite [email]” if they aren’t a teammate yet. See Comments and @-mentions. - From the contact panel. Open a contact’s sidebar and click Invite to team if they’re someone you email often.
Suggested teammates
Slashy suggests people to invite based on who you email most and who shares your company domain but hasn’t joined yet. Suggestions appear at the top of Settings → Team; dismiss one and it won’t resurface.Tokenized invite links
Every invite generates a unique link tied to that email address. Share the link directly, over Slack or text, instead of waiting on email delivery. The link grants access to the person the invite was created for, not anyone who happens to click it.Managing pending invites
An invite that hasn’t been accepted shows as Pending in the team list. From there:- Resend. Re-sends the invite email with the same link.
- Revoke. Invalidates the link immediately. The invite disappears from the list, and the link stops working even if it was already clicked.
Removing a member
Click a team member’s row and choose Remove. This revokes their access to shared inboxes, comments, and team read receipts immediately. It does not delete their personal Slashy account or any email they own.Removing someone does not delete threads or comments they created. Their name stays attached to past activity for context.
What teammates can see

It does not automatically share your inbox; each teammate only sees threads shared with them directly or through a shared inbox. See Team read receipts for what a CC’d teammate can see on tracked emails.Comments and @-mentions
