Scheduling an Email

Press Cmd+Shift+L after composing to open the schedule picker.
Cmd+Shift+Enter is a different action: it sends immediately and skips the undo window. Schedule send is Cmd+Shift+L.
When you schedule a reply or forward, Slashy shows an If no reply / Regardless toggle (Cmd+Shift+H) in the schedule picker. Set it to “If no reply” and the scheduled send auto-cancels if the recipient replies before it fires, so you never send a follow-up into a conversation that already moved on.

Managing Scheduled Emails

Navigate to the Scheduled view (g l) to see all pending emails. For each one:
  • Cancel — reverts to a draft
  • Reschedule — pick a new send time
  • Send now — skip the schedule and send immediately
Pending sends also show their scheduled time right on the thread row in your inbox list, for example “Today 2:30 PM” or “Today 2:30 PM if no reply,” so you don’t have to open the Scheduled view to see what’s queued.

You can schedule emails through the AI agent: “Draft a follow-up to Sarah and schedule it for Monday at 9am.”

Undo Send

Every email has an undo window. After pressing Cmd+Enter to send, a toast appears with an Undo button and countdown. Click Undo or press z to cancel before it expires.

During the undo window, the email has not been delivered. If you undo, it reverts to a draft and the recipient never sees it. This is a true cancel, not a recall.

Open Settings

Go to Settings > Account (Cmd+,).

Find Undo Send Delay

Set your preferred delay between 5 and 300 seconds.

Both work together. A scheduled email triggers undo send after its scheduled time arrives.
