Meet With: See Others’ Busy Times

When scheduling with specific people, overlay their calendar on yours to find mutual openings.
1

Open the calendar

Switch to calendar view with 2 or p c.
2

Activate Meet With

Enter the email addresses of people you want to meet with.
3

Read the overlays

Each person gets their own color. Busy times appear as colored blocks on your calendar.
4

Find open slots

Gaps with no overlays are times when everyone is free.

Slashy uses the Google Calendar FreeBusy API. You see when others are busy but not their event details.
For the smoothest workflow:
  1. Create a booking link in Settings > Calendars with your general availability windows.
  2. Press Shift+Cmd+A to insert specific times into your email.
  3. Include your booking link URL so the recipient can confirm in one click.
This gives recipients two options: pick from specific times or visit your booking page to find another slot.
