Booking link configuration in Settings

Configuration Options

15 min (quick intro), 30 min (standard), or 60 min (deep dive). Create multiple links for different durations.
Block time before and after meetings to prevent back-to-back scheduling.
Minimum notice: e.g., 4 hours (prevents last-minute bookings). Maximum advance: e.g., 2 weeks out.
slashy.com/book/yourname/quick-chat or slashy.com/book/yourname/strategy-session.
Guests answer before booking. Answers appear in the calendar event description.
  • “What would you like to discuss?”
  • “What is your company and role?”
  • In emails: Paste directly or use Insert Availability (Shift+Cmd+A) for inline time slots
  • In your signature: Add to your Slashy email signature
  • Via the agent: “Draft a reply suggesting a meeting and include my booking link”

How Guests Book

Guests see a date picker, available time slots for the selected day, and a form for their details. Once booked, a calendar event is created for both parties with a conferencing link auto-included (if Zoom/Meet is connected). Confirmation emails include cancel and reschedule links.

Tips

  • Create multiple links for different purposes (15-min quick chat, 30-min strategy session)
  • Set 10-15 min buffers to prevent meeting fatigue
  • Keep questions to 1-2 — too many fields and people abandon the form
  • Connect conferencing in Settings > Calendars so meeting links are auto-generated

Meeting Prep

Auto-generate attendee briefings before every meeting.
